Refund policy
We have a No Refund Policy - what we can do and are happy to do is to provide you with an Exchange or Store Credit.
If you are not happy with your purchase from Spiink and would like to exchange the product, then you are eligible to do that within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please email us at info@spiink.com immediately. The email should have your order number, date of purchase, full name, date of delivery and reason of exchange. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive your email. In case, you do not wish to exchange and wait of the new collection, We will however provide you with a store credit in return minus shipping charges and taxes if any. It may take up to 5-7 days to provide you with the store credit. The store credit is valid till 1 year from the date of approval. Please make sure that you provide the product in the same condition with tags.
However we won’t be able to return/exchange earrings due to hygienic reasons. The products sold in any kind of sale or promotion will not be able to be returned/ exchanged. Also any custom made product is not eligible for any exchange/return, but we will always do the required alterations.
If you would like us to arrange a reverse pickup, a Handling Fee of INR 300 will be deducted from your Store Credit, or be accommodated with your Exchange Item or you can ship directly to us.
